Thank you for your interest in the Summer School in Energy Informatics 2025. Please follow the instructions below to complete your application:

Click the "Submit" button below to generate an email with the subject line: "Application for Summer School in Energy Informatics 2025."
In the email:
- Attach your completed application form in PDF or Word format.
- (Optional) Include any supporting documents, such as your CV, cover letter, or certificates, if required.
Ensure all attached files are labeled with your full name (e.g., "John_Doe_Application.pdf").

Before sending the email:

Double-check that all required documents are attached.
Review the email content to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Once you're ready, send the email to complete your submission.

Registration

The registration fee is 150 Euro* (including lunches and coffee breaks during the summer school).

If a specific invoice is needed, please contact us, indicate your registration information and invoice details

*The fee does not cover the Energy informatics conference participation fee.

Registration deadline: 15 November 2025

Note:

Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail (contact@energyinformatics.academy) to the summer school committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 20 November 2025. NO REFUND will be given for cancellations received after 20 November 2025. The refund will be processed only after the summer school.
